Psychiatrist (Part time)
Job Code: 2008-37 Location: San Jose, CA POSITION SUMMARY: Provide direct psychiatric and medication support services to older adults in a team environment. Makes home visit assessments as planned or in crisis situations. Must be available for on-call coverage for medication support and/or crisis situations. The number of hours for service is established with each individual. Hourly rate to be established based on experience. This is a part time, 6 hour per week position. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED: 1. Licensed psychiatric MD 2. DEA License 2. Board certified preferred; Board eligible required with ability to complete certification within the year. 3.
