Description and Services:
Catholic Charities Adult Substance Abuse Program is an outpatient program that contracts with the Santa Clara County Department of Alcohol and Drug Services to provide integrated treatment for individuals with substance abuse and individuals with substance abuse and co-occurring mental health problems. The staff provides individual and group therapy for co-eds, males, and females, along with psychoeducation and relapse prevention groups.
Eligibility and Requirements:
- Must be referred for services through the Department of Alcohol and Drug Services
- Individuals can call Gateway at 1-800-488-9919 for an assessment and request a referral to this program
Waiting List: Varies based on program enrollment
Fees:
- Sliding scale based on income, varies from $2.50-$40.00 per week
- Medi-Cal is accepted for payment
Hours and Availability: Monday – Thursday, 9:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m., Friday 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Language capabilities: Based on staffing. Currently, English only.
