- Seniors 60 years of age and older
- Residents of Santa Clara County
- Adult caregivers
- Persons with beginning stages of Alzheimer's
or other related dementia

Are there fees?
Sliding scale for the Adult Day Support Center. Flat
rate fees for in-home respite and escorted transportation.

open?
A: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday,
and Thursday from 10 AM to 3 PM. We also have Early Bird hours beginning at 9 AM.

A: $12- $45 per day (2
days per week minimum)
